You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly about unauthorized account use.

You agree to use Motqn only for lawful educational purposes. You must not use the service to create harmful or abusive content or to violate another person’s intellectual-property rights.

Rights in the Motqn platform and its content—excluding user-created content—belong to Motqn and its owners.

The service is provided “as is.” We work to make our AI tools accurate and reliable, but cannot guarantee that outputs will be error-free. Teachers must review generated materials and grading suggestions before final use.

• The teacher or school controls student data, while Motqn processes it on their behalf.
• The teacher or school confirms it has legal authority and any required consent to upload student data.
• Student data is used only to provide educational services and is not sold or used for advertising.
• Correction or deletion can be requested through the account or by contacting Motqn.

• AI-powered features may produce errors and require user review.
• Automated grading is assistive; the teacher retains responsibility for final grades.
• Tabshoura includes educational safeguards, and adult supervision is recommended when children use it.
• Legally or similarly significant decisions are not made solely by AI without human involvement.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the service.
