Terms of Use

• Motqn is intended for teachers, school staff, and other education professionals. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live.
• If you use Motqn on behalf of a school or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
• Students do not create accounts. Teachers may share materials with students through public links, as described below.

Motqn is an AI-powered education platform. It turns textbooks and teaching materials into lesson plans, presentations, exams, worksheets, and games; grades student papers with an explanation for each suggested score; and offers Tabshoura, an assistant that works by text and, through Tabshoura Plus, by live voice. School plans add shared capacity, administrator and supervisor dashboards, and role-based permissions. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details confidential. Each account is for one person and may not be shared.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
• On school plans, the school's administrator can add and remove teacher accounts and see usage across the school.

• You can start on a free plan, which includes a limited usage allowance.
• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance each month through our payment provider, Stripe. Each plan includes the usage allowance described on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Some features use more of your allowance than others. For example, Tabshoura Plus uses more than typed chat; the app shows a notice before each voice session and a live usage meter during it.
• If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not accept it.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in the app.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew.
• Payments are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for unused allowance, except where the law requires it.
• Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately, without a refund.

Use Motqn only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for an educational setting.
• Upload material you do not have the right to use, or infringe anyone else's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Upload personal information about students or others without the legal authority and any consent required.
• Try to access other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits or security measures.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product or to train AI models.

• You keep ownership of the content you upload and, as between you and Motqn, of the materials you create with Motqn.
• You give us permission to host, process, and display your content only as needed to provide and improve the service for you, including sending it to our AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload your content. Textbooks and other copyrighted materials should be used only as permitted by their license or by the law where you teach.

• AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your students. Review and edit every output before using it in class.
• Automated grading is assistive. The teacher remains responsible for final grades and any decisions based on them.
• Similar requests from different users can produce similar outputs, so outputs may not be unique to you.
• Tabshoura is a tool for teachers, not a student tutor, and it stays within educational topics. Adult supervision is recommended whenever students see AI-generated content.
• Legally or similarly significant decisions are not made solely by AI without human involvement.

• The teacher or school controls student data, while Motqn processes it on their behalf.
• The teacher or school confirms it has legal authority and any required consent, including parental consent where applicable, to upload student data.
• Student data is used only to provide educational services and is not sold or used for advertising.
• Correction or deletion can be requested through the account or by contacting Motqn.

• Content you share through a public link can be viewed by anyone who has the link. You are responsible for what you share.
• If you connect Motqn to a third-party AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, that assistant acts on your instructions, and your use of it is governed by its provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Motqn, including its software, design, logos, and brand names (such as Motqn, متقن, Tabshoura, and طبشورة), belongs to Idealyze LLC and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Motqn while your account is active. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You can stop using Motqn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

Motqn is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to make our AI tools accurate and reliable, but to the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Motqn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Motqn is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate Motqn for reasonable losses and costs arising from claims caused by content you upload or by your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and communicate material changes by email or through a prominent notice in the service before they take effect. If you keep using Motqn after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
